Why did I develop the last constructions in the area of furniture when I normally develop medical products (instruments)? The reason was to carry out studies on how to make large assemblies and products from a few, simple and repeatable parts. In addition to the striking design, far from the mainstream, another condition was to use renewable raw materials that have at least 75% volume. Last but not least, the products should be durable and usable. The requirements were all met or exceeded. Now the investigations follow, which prices have to be achieved in order to be able to produce cost-effectively. In the end, this should prove that it is possible to produce attractive products that also make ecological sense.

There is chain mechanism of a ball going through spiral path and hits a lever and lever releases another ball which will hit to circular disk and disk will rotate and move in front of your screen and there is a message written on the other side of the disk, after rotating it you are able read it. This is how I see assembly in SolidWorks: In assemby mode you add parts and mates between them- mainly for making 2d or check collisions. When you want make a movie showing how your machine works - you should use motion study and animation option. And If you want make a gravity simulation or other contact between elements you should use motion study- BASIC MOTION option. (of course you might make a movie of this) And this tutorial is about BASIC motion elementry options. The KEYSHOT PLUGIN for SOLIDWORKS offers a utility that I personally find very useful, I previously rendered my models, but any motion study or exploded view animation stayed in the SOLIDWORKS assembly, the animations were performed independently in KEYSHOT, component by component, which I find tedious, with this PLUGIN you can export your motion studies and general animations of SOLIDWORKS and render them at the moment without spending additional time. I leave a video with a clear example, I hope and it will be useful
