It is a simple plastic mold release method. In order to create a simple plastic mold, the model must first be completed. Mold separation line is determined in accordance with the model. Then, as shown in the picture, a female mold is created. After the creation of a female mold, a male mold is created. At the end, the pusher pins are placed to remove the part remaining in the male mold in accordance with the model and the process is completed. These processes are also very simple for mold creation. You can review other models and patterns on my page and use these examples. My request from you is that you like my models while downloading.

Dog house is an engineering feature used in plastic trim design. Dog houses are used as supporting feature. Sometimes other engineering features like snaps; locators etc. are mounded on them to increase their strength. 2 DESIGN CONSIDERATION FOR CREATING DOG HOUSE Wall thickness = 0.70 x Thickness of the plastic material Fillet on the inner side = 0.25 x Thickness of the plastic material Fillet on the outer side = 1.25 x Thickness of the plastic material Fillet on the coring edges = 0.25 x Thickness of the plastic material Coring thickness = 0.40 x Thickness of the plastic material Draft angle 2deg to 3deg

Berikut ini adalah cara membuat cetakan dari produk lakop sapu yang menggunakan mesin blow. 1. Langkah pertama adalah membuka file lakop sapu. 2. Menambahkan fitur untuk area pemotong di bagian bawah sapu dan gagangnya. 3. Tambahkan nilai susut (shrinkage) untuk bahan plastik HDPE. 4. Buat ukuran molding menyesuaikan ukuran produknya. 5. Gunakan perintah "combine" dan "split" untuk membuat cetakannya. 6. Tambahkan lubang angin untuk proses tiup (blow) saat molding menutup. 7. Lalu offset 1,5mm atau 2mm dari tepi produk sebagai area pemotongnya.
