Beam Pump Mechanism | Sucker Rod Pumping | Solidworks Tutorial

This is my other work on Solidworks describing the simple mechanism of the beam pump or sucker rod mechanism. This mechanical mechanism is an artificial lift pumping system using a surface power source to drive a downhole pump assembly. A beam and crank assembly creates reciprocating motion in a sucker-rod string that connects to the downhole pump assembly. The pump contains a plunger and valve assembly to convert the reciprocating motion to vertical fluid movement. A beam pump is an artificial-lift pumping system that uses a type of reciprocating pump to extract oil from an inland well. Thanks and regards Neeraj & Team

The tutorial is for designing and simulating a simple slider-crank mechanism, a four-bar mechanism with three revolute joints, and one sliding joint. This arrangement of mechanical parts is designed to convert rotary motion to straight-line motion. The slider-crank mechanism is of two types:- 1. In-line 2. Offset This mechanism is utilized in combustion engine piston cylinder assemblies to convert reciprocating motion into circular motion and vice versa. Here are the key points we will be learning: 3d Modelling of various parts Extrude, extrude cut Creating different planes Assembly of all parts Mechanism and mates of joints Motion Animation- simulation Also, join our Telegram Channel for the latest updates and discussions around 3-D modeling and simulations- https://t.me/Partmodelling Please support us by subscribing to the channel, and also share and like the video. This video focuses on the design, mechanism, and Animation of the Withworth Quick return mechanism, which can transform circular motion into reciprocating motion. The Whitworth quick return mechanism is generally used in shaper machines & slotting machines in which the forward stroke is slower for machining purposes & return stroke is faster as there is no machining process to be done. Here are the key points we will be learning: 3d Modelling of parts Extrude Working with planes Assembly making Mechanism and mates Motion Animation

This Tutorial focuses on the design, mechanism, and Animation of the Crank-Slotted link quick return mechanism, a mechanism able to transform circular movement into the reciprocating movement. This mechanism can be achieved by other methods, such as the Whitworth mechanism which we will learn about in another video. Here are the key points we will be learning: 3d Modelling of parts Extrude Working with planes Assembly making Mechanism and mates Motion Animation
