Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Start SolidWorks in Part mode.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Front Plane>>Sketch.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Draw a circle of 15mm dia.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Extrude it by 2.5mm.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Top face>>Sketch.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Draw a circle of 10mm and then extrude.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Extrude length be 25mm.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Bottom face>>sketch.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Draw a circle of 10mm dia.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Extrude it by 10mm dia.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Fillet.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Extrude the edge by 5mm at the length of 25mm side.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Chamfer.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Bottom and the Top edge.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    Top face>>sketch.
    

    

16. Step 16:

    Convert the outer edge.
    

    

17. Step 17:

    Helix and spiral.
    

    

18. Step 18:

    Pitch=2mm, Revolution=7.5 and Start angle=0.00º.
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Bottom face>>sketch.
    

    

20. Step 20:

    Convert the outer edge.
    

    

21. Step 21:

    Helix and spiral.
    

    

22. Step 22:

    Pitch=2mm, Revolution=7.5.
    

    

23. Step 23:

    Right plane>>Sketch.
    

    

24. Step 24:

    Draw a profile like this.
    

    

25. Step 25:

    Sweep cut.
    

    

26. Step 26:

    Select the triangle as profile and the helix as the path.
    

    

27. Step 27:

    Right plane>>sketch.
    

    

28. Step 28:

    Draw again the same profile.
    

    

29. Step 29:

    Sweep cut with triangle as the profile and the helix as the path.
    

    

30. Step 30:

    The face to the lower fillet and then sketch.
    

    

31. Step 31:

    Selct the edge and then convert entities.
    

    

32. Step 32:

    Extrude it downward at 2mm.
    

    

33. Step 33:

    We have the part.
