Here is third part.

1. Step 1:

   Top face >> Sketch.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw two circles.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Extrude cut by 15mm.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Chamfer the edges by 0.275mm at 45º.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Top face >> Sketch.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Offset the circular edge by 0.13mm and 0.26mm.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Split line and select the face. Click OK.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Back face >> Sketch.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Draw a circle and offset it.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Split line and select the back face. Click OK.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Select the previous sketch and then Extruded cut.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Extrude cut by 0.25mm with inner contour.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Inner surface >> Sketch.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Draw a circle.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    Extrude cut by 1mm.
    

    

16. Step 16:

    Inner face >> Sketch.
    

    

17. Step 17:

    Draw a circle.
    

    

18. Step 18:

    Extrude cut by 0.50mm.
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Inner face Sketch.
    

    

20. Step 20:

    Offset the inner edge by 0.250mm.
    

    

21. Step 21:

    Split line and select the inner face. Click OK.
    

    

22. Step 22:

    Dome the internal surface by 0.5mm.
    

    

23. Step 23:

    Select this face >> Sketch.
    

    

24. Step 24:

    Select this edge and Convert entities.
    

    

25. Step 25:

    Extrude it up to this surface. Uncheck Merge result.
    

    

26. Step 26:

    Back face >> Sketch.
    

    

27. Step 27:

    Draw two concentric circles.
