Happy New Year to all of you! Welcome back to CADable. This is Engineer Ibrahim Omer. In this tutorial, I will show you how to model a bowl with surfacing. After modeling bowl, we will export our 3d model to Keyhsot for rendering. I SOLIDWORKS, during surfacing we will learn the following commands: 1) Planner Surface 2) Reference Plane 3) Axis 4) Boundary Surface 5) Circular Pattern 6) Knit Surface 7) Thicken 8) Cut Extrude 9) Fillet 10) Appearance After that we will export bowl in Keyshot. Here we will apply different material on the model. We will also apply different HDRI to the model with different backplates. We will also match our model with backplate using perspective match. In keyshot we will learn the following: 1) Material 2) HDRI 3) Backplate 4) Perspective Match 5) Render It is a good exercise for beginners and it will be a good practice for beginners. I will teach you how to create realistic product visualization in KeyShot. This course will show you how to create realistic product visualization in real life workflow and also show how you can apply this technique in your future renders. In the beginning of this tutorial, I will show you simple interface and how to navigate in KeyShot. I will explain how to set up photographic camera view and how to rotate 3D model to match reference images. We are going to apply simple materials to create lighting for our renders. In the lighting process I will show you and explain complete process how to create lighting in HDR editor from scratch. This HDR image can be used multiple times or you can export it and use it in different rendering engines. After we create lighting I will show you how to create master materials for this 3D model. We are going to replicate all the details from reference image. Most of these materials got seamless texture so you can save this materials into KeyShot Material Library and you can use it again for different 3D models and you save time when you will be texturing next 3D model. I will show you how to use KeyShot rendering settings for sharp images without noise and we are gonna compare final renders to see the results which render settings are the best. In this tutorial I will show you how to create realistic automotive renders in KeyShot. This tutorial contain step by step workflow, so if you are beginner you will be able to understand it and achieve same results. In this final part of the series I will show you how to create custom lighting to make your render unique and also even more realistic. We are going to combine HDR image and HDR pins to create final results. This is the automotive lighting in 10 minutes. In the part 1/2 of this series, I will show you how to import 3D model into the KeyShot and how to setup new camera for the visualization. Then we are start preparing our preview lighting, so we can easily apply new materials on car. We are gonna use base KeyShot materials with little adjustments to achieve realistic renders like this. After a lot of request from my subscribers and friends, finally I have decided to make tutorials with voice over. . I hope you like it. In this tutorial, we'll learn how to transfer a motion study of SOLIDWORKS with Keyshot add-in. This tutorial will help many engineers, designers to create beautiful rendered animations. First of all, I have shown the assembly of adjustable wrench which I have already done in SOLIDWORKS. This assembly consists of four parts. 1) Fixed Jaw 2) Movable Jaw 3) Worm Screw 4) Pin I have attached their files for practice. Then we move towards motion study section. Here, I have shown animation of adjustable wrench in SOLIDWORKS. We use Keyshot plug-in and we have linked our file to Keyshot. It will pick this animation. Just go to SOLIDWORKS motion study, go to Keyshot add-in, a window will pop up, click yes to export entire animation. After exporting your animation in Keyshot, adjust the wrench assembly. Do some basic settings and go to animation tab. We have selected 12 FPS and 128 samples per frame. Click render and save the animation. Kindly use play pause technique for practice.
